+1 to fun!
former RvB'er, and it's about the best place I can think of to get fights on a regular basis.
if you're new to shooting at people, there's lots of vets who are quite helpful in helping you get started, and there's no place to rack up "combat hours" faster, and there's no commitment so if you decide you want to try living in 0.0 for instance... you can just go.
if you're vet, it's a much more target rich environment to get your pvp freak on. with some very quality opponents.
RvB: more explosions than a BP drilling rig!
Ingame Channel "R-V-B" drop by and ask around, tell them I sent you.. and receive no discount whatsoever

number of explosions i was involved in a week of lowsec: about a 1/2 dozen
number of explosions i've ben involved in during a week of RvB: as near as makes no difference to 30
